Family Dinner

Back in July we had Grandma, Grandpa, Tom, Jackie, Stephen, Mindi, Keith, Becky, Ryan, Lizzy, Andrew, Zack, Charlie, Sara, Katie, Kailey, Sam and Ella all over for dinner and pool fun. Our family is growing. We had a wonderful time, and the cousins played great together.

I didn't get any pics of this: It is always fun when the grown up boys start acting like the little boys (someone or multiple someones always get hurt), Jonathan being the biggest little boy of them all. All of the guys were in the pool except Keith. We had water balloons being thrown around and Jonathan threw one really hard at our nephew Ryan (age 14), who was on the back patio. It didn't hit him but hit a candle instead which went flying off of the table and getting wax EVERYWHERE!!!! All over the back patio door, the cover for the patio, the patio furniture and Ryan who looked as though someone had thrown a pot of potatoes all over him. Luckily the wax wasn't very hot and didn't hurt him. It makes for a good story and the positive take on Jonathan being such a big kid at heart is we have a lot of fun around here : )

The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making s'mores, playing in the pool and playing with cousins, and I enjoyed being with family.
